This error means that you are playing content that requires HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) and that your HDMI connection is not secure.
Troubleshooting Steps:
1) Turn your TV off and then back on. If issue continues or returns, move to step 2.
2) If the error only occurs occasionally (rather than all the time), move to step 3. Otherwise, confirm that the HDMI port on your TV that is connected to SHIELD supports HDCP. Refer to TV manual and try other HDMI ports on your TV. When the HDMI port is confirmed to support HDCP, move to step 3.
3) Try another HDMI cable.
