Q: When I launch Alan Wake 2 I get an error message “This game requires at least 16 GB of physical memory to run.” How do I fix this?
A: Some users may see an error message the first time they launch Alan Wake 2 with only the option to quit. Members will only see this message once. On the next launch of Alan Wake 2, you will not see this message and you can play the game.
Q: When playing Alan Wake 2 on GeForce NOW, I get a warning message about the game installed on a Hard Disk Drive (HDD). How do I fix this?
A: All GeForce NOW data centers use Solid State Drives (SSD). Due to how this game detects storage on GeForce NOW, this message will be seen on sessions connected to a GeForce RTX 2080 cloud gaming rig. For now, members can press OK to dismiss the message. We are working with the developer to remove this inaccurate message in the future.
