I am trying to play Dead Island 2 on GeForce NOW and the game is stuck at Connecting to Epic Online Services. How do I fix it?

Users can work around this connectivity issue by unlinking their Epic Games account from Steam account and then login to the Epic Games Account in the game - it will link it once again with the Steam account).

These steps may need to be performed again if the problem continues on each launch.
