I am playing The Finals on GeForce NOW and I am experiencing a long black screen during the game start. How do I fix that?

This is a known issue that we are working to improve in the future. On first launch, some users may see a black screen which may display for up to 4 minutes before the game starts. Please be patient, and let the game continue to launch. 

 

On the second launch, the black screen time will take less time, and the game will launch quicker.  However for some users it may still take a few minutes.
