To manually take a SHIELD Tablet report to email to a support representative for diagnosing a software issue, you will first need to enable Developer mode.
Enabling Developer Mode:
1) Go into the Android Settings
2) Scroll down and select About tabet
3) Tap Build number 7 times. Upon tapping the 7th time, you will unlock the Developer options
4) Tap the back button to go back to the main Settings screen. You should now see {} Developer options on the bottom of the screen
Taking Bug report:
1) From the Android Settings screen, choose {} Developer options
2) Make sure the setting USB debugging is checked. If not, Take bug report will be greyed out.
3) Choose Take bug report to save your log into a bug report which you can email NVIDIA support team. This process will take about a minute to complete. Email the completed report to driverfeedback@nvidia.com.
