Navigate to:
Settings-> More-> Mobile Networks-> Network Operator
Please wait for five minutes, depending on the network coverage in your area, for the device to complete its scan. It should provide you options on which network to choose. Sometimes, the display will time out while this scan is taking place. If this happens, simply press the power button, unlock your device, and you will return to the scan screen.
