Do NVIDIA GeForce display drivers support frame doubling on G-SYNC Compatible displays?

The GeForce driver manages frame presents to the monitor in relation to the current FPS and refresh rate capabilities of the monitor. The driver will multiply frames below the minimum refresh rate.
